Schokoladekuchen – Chocolate Cake

150 g geriebene Schokolade, 120g geriebene Mandeln und 90 g Mehl mischen. 6 Eiklar zu Schnee schlagen. 180 g weiche Butter, 6 Dotter, 240 g Staubzucker und ein Päckchen Vaniellezucker nach und nach mixen, sodass eine helle, glatte Masse entsteht. Schnee und trockene Zutaten vorsichtig unter das Buttergemisch heben. Teig auf Backblech verteilen und mit zerhackten Nüssen bestreuen. Ab in den vorgeheizten Ofen!

Backzeit: 170 Grad, 20-25 Minuten

Mix 150 g of grated chocolate, 120 g of grated almonds and 90 g of flour. Beat 6 egg whites. Mix 180 g of soft butter, slowly add 6 egg yolks, 240 g of icing sugar and vanilla flavouring until the mixture becomes very light and of a creamy texture. Carefully fold the egg whites and dry ingredients into the butter mixture. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking tray and add some chopped nuts on top before putting the tray into the pre-heated oven.

Baking time: 170 degrees, 20-25 minutes
